Added an option: TRC_STATUS_CAN which enables sending a CAN message to show the tracer status. The message is defined with it CAN channel, ID, and cycle time

Added an option: TRC_STATUS_DOUT to enable a digital output to indicate the logger status. The used output is "active" during recording and "inactive" when stopped

Changed SD/MMC low level routines to cache maintenance version without memcopy to increase application layer write sizes from 16 KiB to 256 KiB for Logger data due to data overflows on larger cards (data throughput is better using 256 KiB chunks)
Increased trace qblock queue from 128 to 512 blocks (2 MByte to 8 MByte)
Changes for SD cards (low-level code due to faster / larger cards)
Bug fixes for some final states on file handling
