Corrections de bugs

• On some systems the application could only be started if Microsoft .NET Framework 4 was installed
• If a J1939 symbol was defined that had the "Valid for all Data Lengths" option enabled, every received matching message created a new entry in the Receive list
• When a new J1939 transmit message was created and a symbol selected that had the "Valid for all Data Lengths" option enabled, the Data Length code of the new message was automatically set to 1885
• When a Standard macro was manually stopped, it could occur that no more messages were received until the application was restarted
