Universal CAN router in a DIN rail housing
The PCAN-Router DR features two high-speed CAN channels. The bit rate of each channel is set using a potentiometer on the front panel. The module provides bidirectional 1:1 transfer of messages between the two connected buses.
All connections benefit from mutual isolation of at least 500 V, including the power supply. CAN channel 1 additionally offers an isolation voltage of up to 5 kV (compliant with the IEC 60601-1 standard). Thanks to its DIN rail housing and extended temperature range, the module is well suited to industrial environments.
Like the PCAN-Router in an aluminum housing, the PCAN-Router DR supports custom programming. The corresponding development kit is included with delivery.
Requirements
A PEAK-CAN interface is required to load the firmware via the CAN bus.
