A genuine engineering firm, not just a distributor

PEAK-System France designs, develops, and manufactures complete embedded electronic systems — from functional specification to series production. Our engineering design office masters the entire value chain: schematics, multilayer PCB routing, simulation, rapid prototyping, EMC validation, and industrialization. Manufacturers entrust us with their most sensitive projects because we meet the same requirements they do: traceability, repeatability, and zero compromise on quality.

Custom electronic design

Our engineers design electronic boards using Altium Designer, from the system architecture through component selection and DRC/DFM verification to trace routing. Each design undergoes a rigorous design review before moving to prototyping.

Our work covers fields as varied as CAN/Ethernet gateways, embedded diagnostic interfaces, wireless communication modules, and battery monitoring systems — always in constrained environments (automotive, military, aerospace).

From prototype to series production

Our expertise doesn't stop at the prototype. The electronic housing shown opposite is in first-fit production on a Stellantis vehicle, with a production rate of about 3,000 units per year. This transition from lab to production line is made possible by our complete mastery of the development cycle: functional validation, environmental qualification testing (temperature, vibration, EMC), and configuration management through component obsolescence.

It is this ability to take a project from a blank page through to series production that sets PEAK-System France apart from conventional distributors.

In-house prototyping and manufacturing

Our premises are equipped with SMT pick-and-place machines, enabling us to produce functional prototypes within a few days without relying on a subcontractor. This rapid iteration capability is a decisive advantage for our clients working under tight deadlines: a schematic change made on Monday can be validated on a physical board by Wednesday.

Stellantis Since 2024 — series production

An electronic housing developed by PEAK-System is fitted as standard on a vehicle from the Stellantis group. This first-fit integration is a major recognition, with a forecast production of around 3,000 units per year.
